What kind of Photo Shoots or Photo Projects do YOU enjoy the most?

Currently I am still in the process of building a PhotoStock Catalogue with things like Boats & Buildings and Nature Photography, like for example Animals and Flowers also Macro Photography is something that I enjoy because you can make something special from something that people usually hardly take notice of.

It goes without saying that there are a lot of other specific areas of photography you could focus on like for example Fashion Photography, Art Photography, Macro Photography, Wedding Photography, or Photographing special events, etc. etc. the list could go on and on.
